Lighting that follows the room
Put your fixtures on a floor plan, pick “wave left to right” or “pulse from the centre”, and play. Lumap drives Art-Net, sACN and USB-DMX from Windows, macOS and Linux.

Before a show: Lumap controls real lighting, including strobes and fast flashing effects, which can trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy. Test your show in advance, warn your audience where strobes are used, and follow the safety rules of your venue. See the terms of use.
Lumap keeps itself up to date: Setup → Updates shows your version, lets you join the beta, and installs a new version only when you say so — never during a show by itself. On macOS and Windows the first start may warn about an unknown developer while the builds are not code-signed; check a download against SHA256SUMS.txt on its release page.
What it does
- Effects come from where each fixture is: waves, chases and pulses that move through the real room.
- A Play page built like a console: buttons and faders on pages, soft colours and positions, priorities.
- Set up a rig by clicking the lamp that lights up; import patches from MagicQ, WolfMix, MVR or a CSV.
- 2D and 3D visualizer that can pop out to another screen; the lights keep running if the window closes.
